Parent Teacher Association

As a parent/guardian of a child enrolled in Monaseed National School you are an automatic member of the Parent Teacher Association. Your ideas and support is important in helping to make the Parent Teacher Association in our school a success.
The Parent Teacher Association meet every 10-12 weeks during the school year. Each year we organise meetings, talks, social events and fundraisers. We host an annual Christmas Raffle, assist at Grandparent's Day and organise events during the school term e.g. non-uniform days, discos, bag packing.
The PTA is a means of getting to know new people, while at the same time contributing greatly to the social life of the school. Being a member of the PTA allows you to make a real contribution to your child’s education and wellbeing.
We are conscious of how busy we all are as parents and our events and meetings take this into account.
We are always keen to have new members join us. Please contact us if you would like more information.
We look forward to meeting you!
